Kiera is our community midwife, and we first met her when we became pregnant a month after the loss of our first pregnancy. She made extra appointments to help ease our anxiety, ensuring we felt heard and cared for at every stage. She is always happy and upbeat when we see her, remembering small but personal details from previous appointments, which makes every visit feel reassuring and personal. Her warm, smiley, and kind nature has made a world of difference in our pregnancy journey.

Despite working part-time, she remains an easy and reliable point of contact, never making us feel like a burden. Her dedication extends beyond her patients - we've witnessed the care and attention she gives while training other staff at appointments, always leading with patience, kindness, and respect.
