Kianna known to us as Keke went above and beyond for our daughter and us. This was our first admission in this facility, and she made sure we were more than well taken care of. She showed me the laundry room and even offered to do the laundry for me. She gave me directions to the pharmacy, but also gave me her phone number in case I couldn’t find my way around. Our daughter started to feel better and wanted to play. She has CP so movement is limited. Keke started singing and dancing to get a smile out of my girl. I was a scared momma in a new place, and Keke met us where we were and did everything possible to make our stay a 10 out of 10 experience – Keke deserves a DAISY Award. Thank you for treating us so well and for taking good care of sweet baby C.

Keke was the first nurse we met after coming to the 7th floor from the ER. She is professional, incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We were truly blessed to have her as a nurse here during such a difficult and scary health situation. Even on days she was not assigned to us, she would stop by to say hello, which always brightened our days. On the morning of our daughter’s neurosurgery, she came by with the kindest, most encouraging card for her and spent time talking to all of us. She is an incredible nurse because of her medical expertise, her huge heart, and her beautiful soul. She embodies the huge Le Bonheur heart.
