This nurse is a dedicated, diligent, and efficient worker who takes the initiative in both the ER and on the ward, often exceeding expectations for colleagues and patients. She fulfills her responsibilities with care and respect for patients, coworkers, and superiors. Despite her vast knowledge, she remains humble and does not seek recognition for her efforts.
She only takes breaks for rest or meals after completing her tasks. Since 2018, as the Internal Quality Audit (IQA) Team Secretary, I have witnessed her integrity and efficiency in managing her duties in IQA and QMS. Over four years in the IQA team, she has demonstrated resourcefulness, accurate communication, and honesty. Her contributions are crucial to our team's achievements, particularly during the Annual Joint External Quality Audit, where she expertly presents our IQA documents for the EQA evaluation.
I can also attest that during her six-month stint as Assistant Head Nurse since January 2025, this nurse adeptly provides services while balancing her roles as Nurse I and her additional responsibilities, achieving a QMS JEQA rating of 92.08% in April. 2025 marks the fourth consecutive year of sustaining an annual QMS rating above 90%, underscoring her essential role in this success. She exemplifies servant leadership, stepping in when others cannot, making her a worthy candidate for the Daisy Award for Nursing Ethics.
