Our daughter is here in her freshman year at Loyola. She had a couple of syncope events while at school, and we are from San Diego, so it was quite distressing to hear that she had to go to the ER on her own for the first event. Luckily, her mom was here for a Loyola weekend event when the second occurrence happened, and I, her dad, flew in that evening for the second ER visit. We were referred to Evanston North Shore Hospital. We couldn't have been more fortunate to have a fantastic care team. Kevin J., especially on the day shift, was instrumental in coordinating care to make our daughter and our family feel comfortable and confident throughout all the steps along the journey to build the care plan during their stay. He, along with the entire care team, has done a fantastic job, making Mom and Dad feel confident that our daughter can move forward, explore, and thrive. Our deepest gratitude to all of you.
