I would like to thank my nurse, Keri,she was compassionate and caring, treating us like family. She listens to our concerns, was understanding and very helpful. Safety was a high standard of care. She was skillful, knowledgeable, respectful and I’m very grateful. She was always there when we needed her. She has gone out of her way to help us.

Keri always brings a pleasant attitude to work and is supportive of her colleagues either if they need help or to offer encouraging words. She is a strong advocate of her patients and brings gentleness and kindness to the families. Keri's interpersonal style and communication is friendly to others allowing for professional collaboration with other disciplines.

Keri will go the extra mile for her patients and coworkers. One example is a patient that was anxious and had a really complicated discharge where there were problems with medications, education, and a ride, and she stayed with the patient until everything was figured out and they left safely. At the same time, she had another patient decompensate and transfer to the ICU. Keri often takes on challenging assignments, stays smiling and doesn't complain.
