We have been in the care of several wonderful nurses, but Ken has stood out from day one and until now. He was very empathetic towards my husband and me and took that extra time beyond care to make our stay comfortable and encouraging. He took the time to brighten up the room, find vases for our flowers and very nicely placed them. It not only brightened up the room, but our day, which was very much appreciated. He never made us feel rushed or taking too much of his time. He went above and beyond with polite conversation that made my husband feel connected with his care. Ken also noticed several other discomforts and found resolutions for comfort immediately. He fought for a private room and was very prompt with the call light. We greatly appreciate everything he has done! He is an amazing nurse and your team is lucky to have him!
