One person I will always remember from this hospital experience is Kelsey. Not only did she care for me the way you would want your family to be treated, but she was compassionate. Compassion is a skill that not a lot of nurses display in high stress environments. Not once did I feel as if Kelsey did not have my back as a patient and a human being. She made me feel comfortable throughout my whole labor, and I will forever be grateful to her. My previous delivery was very stressful, and I felt very nervous coming in to get induced this time. My stress heightened when the baby was not low enough for me to push. This did not make Kelsey hesitate to put me in all different positions to help the baby come down. She made sure I was comfortable every single time she came into my room. She had pillows on my back, between my legs, and under my shoulders. This was the best nursing care I have ever received, and I am very grateful. Thank you so much, Kelsey! You are an angel!
