Kelly Zeller, RN

I came into the hospital in severe pain, with an infection. Kelly was my nurse; she has exceptional bedside manner and was so very patient, responsive, and very kind. She was the nicest one there, and she made me very comfortable and at ease as fast as she could. She was checking on me thoroughly and answering any questions I had constantly. She made it her personal priority to see to it that I was in a less painful place wise, and stayed on top of it all.

She just has something so special about her that makes patients with chronic illness or frequent visits, along with the fact that I deal with these chronic illnesses constantly, so much easier for me. I heard her treating everyone so nicely and with such compassion. She is definitely a wonderful woman, person, and employee.

Rush should be proud to have her. It’s so very obvious that she was born to be a nurse or anything regarding empathy and compassion. I visit Rush for most of my specialty care and more and she made today a bit better for me! Thank you, Kelly, you were absolutely a doll and a sweet, professional, educational Nurse and a beautiful spirit. Thank you for easing my pain and giving me a good experience today! You went above and beyond, it didn’t go unnoticed.
