My husband ended up on the cardiac floor very unexpectedly after a heart attack. He had no prior history of high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes. After Dr. Logan (amazing, too) placed a stent in his heart at 2 a.m., neither my husband nor I knew what to expect the next day. Kelly was the nurse on duty. Every time she entered the room, she wore a smile. She explained everything clearly that she was doing and provided us with reassurance that everything was going to be alright. Kelly even asked me if I needed anything. 

We both truly appreciated her attentive care. Kelly even stopped by without us calling her to see if we needed anything.

This was our first experience with McLaren Macomb and was definitely a positive one. I will never hesitate to recommend this facility with such caring staff. The nurses in the cath lab at 2 a.m. were very nice too. Everyone helped make a traumatic experience easier to grasp. We are so very thankful.
