Kelly was my introduction to Powell Valley. She was preparing me for a surgery that was giving me anxiety. She kept me occupied by talking to me like a new friend. She was a friend at that moment. I didn't realize she calmed me until much later that day. She answered all my questions and told me about the staff who was going to work on me. She kept saying, "You're in good hands." And she was correct. The exemplary part she did was the next day in my hospital room. She popped in to check on me. Emotionally, she was my rock at Powell Valley. As a side note, everything at Powell Valley was exemplary, but Kelly took it to the next level. A+++
