During my father's radiation treatments, Kelly made a significant impact on his experience. Her warm demeanor and infectious smile created a welcoming environment that made him feel like a VIP. She took the time to listen to his concerns, answer his questions, and provide emotional support, which made a challenging time a little easier for our family.
