My 86-year-old mother and I were leaving the hospital after a doctor's visit. My mother fell in the parking lot as we headed to our car. I bent down to pick up my mother, scared to turn her over for fear of what I would see, and boom! There was Kelly! She saw my mom fall. She jumped out of her car and ran over. She talked to my mom, kept me calm, and asked the golf cart driver to get help. Kelly was on her way home after what I can only assume was a long shift. She sat with us in the parking lot after help arrived. She did not leave us. I will never forget how wonderful it was to have someone so caring with me. She made a bad situation so much better. I am so thankful she was there. Please, tell her thank you! She could have kept driving, but she ran to help us. She cares. Thank you, Kelly.
