I arrived at the ER in horrible pain, with intestinal occlusion, afraid of yet another surgery. Kellie’s sweet personality helped to ease the pain because I could sense that she was doing everything possible to find the right person for the IV.

My husband saw her calling, asking doctors, passing in the corridor. She succeeded, consequently I received morphine much sooner. She also made sure that I would quickly get a CAT scan to evaluate the situation. She accomplished all that with a smile and reassuring words, always waving when in front of the room.
