I came in approximately 7:45 am with my mother-in-law, who had an emergency with her blood sugar level dropping very low, where she was unconscious and not responsive. Once the staff got her stabilized, my husband and I were able to proceed to where she was under the care of Keizian, RN. He came in with a very warm smile, introduced himself, and let us know exactly what he was doing. He was very polite, had excellent bedside manner, and provided world-class customer service. He was very informative and friendly, not to mention the service he displayed and gave. We felt very comfortable with him taking care of our loved one. He displayed all the characteristics, class, and style that nurses should have and strive for. He made Emory Hillandale Hospital a welcoming place to come.
