After three lengthy hospital stays at HCA Health over the past ten months, I’ve had the opportunity to observe many nurses perform in a variety of situations. As a senior leader in several corporations, I have spent much of my career coaching executives to improve their performance, particularly in identifying and recognizing excellence.
