My 35-year-old daughter with special needs was admitted and placed on a ventilator with pneumonia. Keith was one of the nurses who really stood out in the three weeks that she was there.
She is so upbeat, friendly, and always willing to help, even when she wasn't assigned to my daughter. She visited my daughter after she moved out of the ICU as well. She would walk in and say, “Hi, best friend!!” Many times, she explained things to me that I didn't understand regarding my daughter's care.
