Let me start of by saying that my wife and I are very blessed and grateful for the entire staff that has been with us since day one. My daughter had major surgery that lead us to staying about a week in the picu floor. Surgery went absolutely well. All of our nurses were terrific and extremely loving towards my little girl.

Now my daughter, T, is only 12 years old and had a major surgical procedure. T was very sad in her room after the surgery as a child of course would be from such a surgery. And again I'd like to state that all attending nurses were great, but Keisy stood out and went way above and beyond for my little girl. She was very attentive to her around the clock. That made T feel very safe because of that care.

But not only did she provide great around the clock care to her, but she took the time to talk to her like as if they were best friends. BFFs. Every time she'd come into the room, my little girl would light up. And that made me and her mother melt, seeing our daughter like this after what she's just been through.

Keisy would make her feel very safe with the medications and would make her laugh with funny little puns and stories. As a parent seeing my little girl go through all these traumatic events and then seeing her perk up like if it was Christmas made me almost cry.

Keisy definitely stood out from others. And the impact that she made towards my daughter made her not only feel loved safe and wanted but now my daughter wants to grow up and become a nurse so that she can do good onto others that are in need. Mom and I are very blessed for this and we cant say in enough words how thankful we both are for Keisy in particular that stood out way above and beyond.

Keisy was even extremely helpful towards mom and myself. In all do respect we hope to never have to come back to a hospital but because of this nurse and all that she did, we would choose this children's hospital every time without a doubt. Again thank you to the entire staff for everything. You all are amazing!
