Kay moved from Canada to Watsonville with her family and began working as the Assistant Clinical Manager in August of 2024. Kay jumped right in and was asked to provide direct patient care while learning her role as ACM. She multitasked while working the floor and getting through onboarding; she took on all clinical responsibilities as her Center Manager was non-clinical.

Kay quickly grew into her role over the next 5 months and has achieved a patient outcome score above 80% since March 2025. She is always willing to help and consistently on the floor, supporting her team and patients. She also juggles physician calls and needs, patient phone calls, new initiatives, and all other asks. She is the mentor and leader we all want in our clinics. She exceeds expectations.
