Katrina promotes critical thinking and problem-solving for individuals and teams to promote DNA's vision that DNA will be the global authority for knowledge and expertise in dermatology care by encouraging team members to think outside of the box and share ideas.
She promotes the image of nursing within the DNA, the community, and professional affiliations by sharing her knowledge and history with the DNA. By doing so, she brings professionalism and helps navigate new members and colleagues in whatever area is needed by acting as a role model with attributes of trust, mutual respect, and ethical behavior to the DNA staff and volunteers.
