My mother-in-law came in for knee replacement surgery. She has a loss of hearing, and if she can't hear, she gets really bad anxiety. She has to ask people to repeat what they are saying, sometimes more than once. I just want to say that having Katlyn as her nurse was a blessing. She is such a joy coming into the room with such a positive attitude. She is very caring and knowledgeable. She is very attentive. When my mother-in-law needed help, her positive attitude, with her ability and willingness to care for her, made sure her needs were met. I wanted to express seeing someone with compassion, knowledge, patience, and most of all kindness is a true asset.
