My mom passed away, and Katie was her nurse. My mom transitioned to hospice that morning, and Katie was her nurse all day. She made the worst day of my life a little easier knowing she was being so lovingly cared for. Katie was compassionate and attentive. She was responsive to any need or question.

She also gave us plenty of space to have privacy and time with my mom. Katie always explained every action in advance. Katie made sure my mom’s last day was peaceful and full of dignity and kindness. We are so thankful and appreciative. My mom passed before Katie’s shift even ended – she knew Katie was the best, too.
