I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care provided by Katie during my son’s hospitalization. Our son required oxygen and antibiotics and was hospitalized for five nights. During that time, I was pumping and breastfeeding for him and his twin, who was at home. It was an incredibly stressful and exhausting experience, but this nurse’s compassion and professionalism made a world of difference.

But what truly set her apart was her kindness. In the middle of the night, when she could see how worn down I was, she offered to bathe and feed him so I could get a couple of hours of rest.
