Katie was kind, courteous, empathetic, and knowledgeable during our stay. My wife was admitted under the worst possible circumstances; Katie provided a patient focus. She called me with updates, told me what to expect next, and always asked if there was anything we needed. She always answered my many questions with a smile and encouragement. She helped me get through a couple of the worst days of my life. Gateway Regional Medical Center is fortunate to have such a valuable and dedicated nurse!
