I wanted to personally thank Kathryn for the outstanding care she provided to my father during his hospital stay. She consistently took the time to explain what was happening, patiently answered my questions, and even went out of your way to chase down additional information so I could fully understand his condition and care plan. What stood out to me was her commitment beyond what was required. Kathryn stayed after her shift ended to ensure my father was properly cared for, remained attentive to his condition, and took decisive action when you observed abnormal vital signs. Her professionalism, genuine care, and willingness to act made a meaningful difference in his care and in our confidence that he was in the best possible hands.
