Katy is kind and compassionate with all of her patients. She holds herself to a high standard and is driven to be the best possible nurse she can be. She is never afraid to ask tough questions so that she has all of the knowledge she needs to be sure that her patients are well taken care of. Katy is nice to everyone she meets and never has a bad thing to say about anyone. She is a natural leader and people are drawn to her kindness. The TSICU is lucky to have her as a part of our team.
