Kat was able to get my mon to smile, take her medicine and talk to her, my mom even blew her a kiss.
My mother was admitted to the hospital through the Emergency Room. Her blood pressure was extremely high. The first 24 hours, she was on the 3rd floor and was transferred to the 4th floor. Kat was her nurse on duty through the weekend. My husband and I were in town visiting my mom to help her with some items around the house. My mom has been self-treating her high BP for a long time with herbal remedies. She doesn't have a lot of faith in the medical community; in fact, she believes that doctors have done nothing to help her and only mess her up. Kat was able to get my mon to smile, take her medicine and talk to her, my mom even blew her a kiss. I know this doesn't seem like much, but my mom is a fiercely critical and independent person. It was a huge compliment to Kat.

From my experience with Kat, she would make herself available and helpful: read my mom's vital conclusion of the test performed, connected me to my mom's physician in the hospital, and connected me to the neurologist assigned to my mom. She even helped mom to the bathroom several times when the assistant didn't come. She informed me how to get Mom Lumigan approved, which is used in the hospital, since it isn't the brand of medicine prescribed by your hospital. I feel Kat was my right hand while my mom was in the hospital, while I am in town from Michigan, trying to determine where and what would be best for my mom in the future.
