Katie Hoechlin in an excellent nurse. I am a retried RN, and I know what it takes to be a nurse. She goes the extra mile and check on family members and patients even when they are not her direct patients.

My brother- in- law came in by Life Flight after having a heart attack and had open heart surgery. Katie took care of him prior to his surgery. She made him laugh while delivering excellent care. She made all of us in the family feel comfortable with her checking on us while he was having his procedure and assuring us that he was receiving excellent care by his surgical team. We saw her the day after his surgery, and she stopped and sincerely asked how he was doing and told us she would stop by and say "hi" to him and sign his pillow.

Katie is a true DAISY Nurse. We did not meet any staff members at this facility that didn't show compassion and empathy. You have a great team on 2 Center, but Katie really stands out.
