Katherine Cezar, RN, is being recognized for her outstanding commitment to her team and patient-centered care.

Katherine has been a dedicated member of MHSW for nearly 10 years and has grown into one of the strongest nurses on the unit. She began at the bedside and recently stepped into a clinical coordinator role, where she provided seamless coverage during an extended FMLA leave.

She is highly respected for her reliability, leadership, and ability to support her team through both clinical expertise and emotional intelligence. Katherine consistently takes initiative, resolves challenges effectively, and remains calm and proactive in high-pressure situations. As a charge nurse and preceptor, she plays a key role in developing new nurses through her patience, strong teaching skills, and clinical knowledge.
