I would like to commend Katelyn Arnold for the extraordinary compassion and care she showed during one of the most difficult moments our family has ever faced.
When my wife delivered our baby at 14 weeks, we were overwhelmed with grief, confusion, and heartbreak. In the middle of that pain, Katelyn was a steady source of comfort and kindness. She didn't just perform her duties as a nurse- she truly cared for us as people. She spoke gently, treated our baby with dignity, and made sure we had the time and space we needed to process what was happening.
Katelyn's compassion showed in the smallest details- her tone of voice, her patience, and the way she stayed present with us without rushing or making us feel like just another case. She acknowledged our loss in a deeply human way, and that meant more than we can fully express. In a moment that could have felt cold or clinical, she brought warmth, empathy, and respect.
