I would say she qualifies in ALL of the DAISY principles. I'm not good with change, but she was very easy to talk to, very thorough, and made me feel very at ease discussing the personal issues I am having. She made suggestions and gave me some very helpful advice, along with a few things I could do on my own, and new products that are now available. Thank you so much for showing this old man so much care and consideration.
