Katell Kimbro was recognized for her outstanding dedication, professionalism, and compassion. She is consistently prompt with individuals' orders and always follows up thoroughly on any request made by the department. No matter the task, she goes above and beyond to ensure it is completed correctly and in a timely manner.

She is truly out to go to LVN on BMTP. Her reliability, initiative, and willingness to help make her an invaluable member of the team. She builds exceptional rapport with individuals who may be difficult, reluctant, or noncompliant with their treatment, taking the time to meet them where they are and ensuring their needs are addressed.

She often personally accompanies individuals to GMS when needed, and if a task can be completed on the unit, she ensures it is done there without any hesitation. Her proactive approach and individual-centered care greatly support both the individuals we serve and the GMSD department as a whole.
