Karson is always willing to lend a helping hand even when she's not asked to. She stepped up and showed great leadership on a shift where the supervisor was out. She managed to take care of her residents as a cart nurse, along with assisting her peers and supervising.

She is the definition of what a great nurse should be, and she shows great leadership skills. Working with Karson is always a breath of fresh air, and Miller is lucky to have her on our team.
