Karni is an incredible nurse who demonstrates immense dedication to patient care and mentorship. Her passion for providing the best quality of care is shown in every patient interaction, as she takes the time to listen to her patients and provides personalized care that addresses their individual needs. Her clinical prowess and attention to detail ensure that each patient receives the highest quality of care and creates an environment of trust and safety with her patients. She is calm under pressure and can make critically thought-out decisions that prioritize the patient's well-being. Her positive attitude inspires her colleagues and her patients, and she has been a wonderful role model to look up to.

As my preceptor, she was patient with me, easy to approach, and genuinely cared about my growth as a student nurse. She would go above and beyond to explain a variety of complex medical concepts in a way that was easy for me to digest and understand, which allowed me to build a strong foundation of knowledge and nursing skills. Her feedback is always supportive and encouraging, and it has helped me learn from my experiences, significantly growing my confidence as a student nurse. She leads by example, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and a passion for nursing that has truly inspired me as a student nurse. I am incredibly grateful for her guidance and am confident that her influence will shape me into a compassionate and competent nurse.
