I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Nurse Karl, who provided outstanding care during my recent stay in the emergency department. I have very fine veins, which usually makes IV insertion a stressful and painful experience. However, Karl’s skill and precision were remarkable—a true “sharpshooter” in every sense.

He successfully inserted the IV on the first attempt with minimal discomfort. Beyond his clinical expertise, what truly stood out was Karl’s compassionate and calming presence. He took the time to explain each step, used reassuring words, and made me feel at ease throughout the process.
