She took the time to explain every step of my care thoroughly, ensuring I understood my treatment plan and felt comfortable with each decision. Karina was especially helpful with my new medications. She carefully reviewed each one with me, patiently answering all of my questions and making sure I felt confident about what I was taking and why. Her calm demeanor and compassionate approach made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
