Kane was like the Night Watchman at 3 North. I enjoyed many hours speaking with him as I battled insomnia the last few nights of my stay. He was clear, was direct, was insightful. He helped to clear up some confusion to me as he gave me papers that defined the medicine I was given. Kane is an asset to your team because he listens and reassures and provides steady leadership. His constant way about him helped me to feel more secure and confident. He joked around, too, and that was something very needed. I was very fragile and scared, and Kane provided strength and kindness, completely given with no strings attached. He is determined in his manners and consistently provides positive results. My mental health grew rapidly with Kane's presence.
He took the time to sit down and talk me down when I was upset and not sleeping, making Chamomile tea and really listening. I just want him to know he's appreciated. Thank You!
