I would like to formally nominate Nurse Kalpana from the ICU department at Latifa Hospital for the Exceptional Service DAISY Award, in recognition of the outstanding care and dedication she demonstrated during my ICU stay following a high-risk C-section surgery.

After my surgery, I was kept in the ICU for over a day, during which Nurse Kalpana provided exceptional medical and emotional care. She consistently displayed remarkable professionalism, compassion, and commitment, ensuring that every aspect of the treatment process was handled smoothly and efficiently.
