From the moment Kala walked in, I knew we were in the best hands possible. 

Kala had confidence, a commanding presence, and leadership, all while training another nurse, which was the sole reason we had a smooth visit.  Her invaluable, extensive experience was displayed during my family member's visit. Kala knew exactly when and how to position my family, how to make critical, quick decisions under pressure, and how to teach/lead us throughout the procedure.

Using her precise judgment, Kala administered medication at the appropriate times to manage pain, guided my family member smoothly through the procedure, and most importantly, took great care of everyone in the room.

It was truly amazing seeing Kala thriving in her element and providing over-the-top guidance and care. We were never once worried about anything. Kala had complete control of every situation, and we are truly grateful we had the pleasure of having her as our nurse!
