Kaitlyn was always in my room on time and never forgot me, no matter what I asked for. She made sure that I understood what the doctors said, and she explained information to me in a way that I could understand. She always provided an upbeat energy, a warm smile, and was very supportive when relaying information, good or bad. I cannot thank her enough for the care she provided me.
