Kaitlyn was our dad's nurse on his first day in the ICU. She transported him to his first radiation treatment. They had a lot of time waiting there as the Cancer Center was dealing with a patient emergency. My dad shared with Kaitlyn, whom he called Katie, his love of Christmas, and he loved decorating for Christmas.

This conversation prompted Katie to bring in Christmas lights and a small Christmas tree to decorate his ICU room. We can't thank her enough for the love and kindness she has shown to my dad during his stay in the ICU. Meritus is fortunate to have such a compassionate and caring nurse as Kaitlyn.
