Kaitlyn is a model RN. She is extremely knowledgeable in our department and helpful to anyone who needs it. She is very kind to everyone she comes in contact with. She is frequently finding ways to improve our processes and forms and sharing them with her team. She handles a heavy workload with grace and never complains. Kaitlyn frequently gets patients in to be seen sooner than what would normally be available to help assuage concerns. She is meticulous in her triage and follow-up so as not to leave patients/parents with unanswered questions.
