Kailee was such a wonderful caregiver to me during a recent bout with cellulitis. She had referenced numerous companies that provided resources to answer questions I had about the condition, as well as the medications I was receiving. She is meant to be a caregiver. I’ve met few people in my 65 years who have expressed and shared such genuine kindness.

Upon admission, she greeted me promptly with a warm smile and a concerned but genuine manner, and at once I knew I’d be well taken care of. Of course, I knew she would leave me at the end of her shift, but I wished she could have been the one to care for me throughout the night as well. While every single caregiver, from the Hospitalist to my night nurse and my several aides, was great, but without question, Kailee was a true gem and absolutely should be recognized for her fine care, gentle and concerned bedside manner, and unquestionable dedication to her nursing profession.
