We wholeheartedly nominate Kai for his outstanding work and exceptional dedication in the neonatal intensive care unit. Kai continues to care for our daughter with incredible warmth, patience, and devotion. Especially during this unique and challenging time, it means the world to us as parents to know she is in the care of someone like him. He treats our daughter with so much warmth and attention, and he always listens to us as parents. His calm, loving, and empathetic nature gives us a sense of security and trust—especially in moments when, as parents, we have so many worries and fears. Every day, we see just how much passion Kai puts into his work. He doesn’t just see a child who needs medical care, but our daughter as a little person with her very own needs. That’s exactly what makes such a huge difference to us. We are infinitely grateful that Kai is there for our daughter and continues to care for her so lovingly.
