I have had Carrie Lam help me twice with endoscopy/colonoscopy in 2021 and 2026. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, hardworking, and friendly. Most importantly, she made me feel extremely comfortable. We need more nurses like Carrie Lam.

 Nurse Carrie was very careful and explained all the procedures step by step, and was very cheerful with the job. As a patient, nurses are very important to overcome any pain and discomfort apart from the medicine and treatment. All the best to nurse Carrie Lam and the whole team. I had an appointment at Hong Kong Adventist Hospital for a gastroscopy and colonoscopy. It was my first time doing it, and I was very worried and anxious, afraid it would be painful, and there might be complications. But when I arrived at Hong Kong Adventist Hospital, I found the ground staff were very polite and efficient, and the environment was clean.

On the 8th floor, the nurses carefully guided and arranged everything for me. Ms. Carry Lam, who was in charge of my bed, was especially attentive and considerate. She was polite and did her best to help and assist me in every way, explaining the process and giving me an injection very professionally and carefully. It was completely painless.
