Jwan Ramos, RN

I am writing to commend Jwan Ramos for the kindness she showed me while my son was treated. My son was admitted from out of town and a friend accompanied him and stayed with him. I am also from out of town. While he was on 5S, I was fortunate to make contact with Jwan. She called me with updates on his condition and the tests and treatments he was receiving. Her kindness as well as the information she provided helped reduce the level of stress and worry that I was suffering. I am thankful that Shannon employs such thoughtful and caring people. Please convey my heartfelt thanks to all who were responsible for the excellent care that my son received.
