I was admitted through the ER with a high fever and severe pain after 2 procedures for kidney stones. When moved to my room, right away Justina did everything quickly and proficiently to make me comfortable. Her manner and demeanor were confident and professional, but gentle and reassuring. She made me feel so much better by acknowledging how ill I was, but reassuring me what the doctor had ordered was going to help me. She also kept my anxious family informed of what was going on with me, and stayed with us for what seemed hours on one particular day that I became very sick. My experience staying at Banner Gateway was the best hospital experience I've ever had. Everyone, from the ER triage all the way to checking out, everyone was kind and concerned. Justina stands out as a nurse and caregiver.
