My loved one was seen in the Muscatine Emergency Department. Junior, our nurse, was very efficient in doing a good work up to help determine the cause of my loved one's condition. During this time, Junior's care of my loved one was extremely compassionate, and he presented such a positive attitude about the situation. We were impressed with his respectful manner and professionalism. We were so impressed and thought that if Junior treats every patient this way, this kind of extraordinary care should be recognized.
