I truly feel Julie goes above and beyond. Julie has been my nurse almost every Monday through Friday since I have been here. Being here so long, you get to know the staff, but I feel like Julie puts in the time to get to know the patient, and for the patient to get to know her.

I feel like coming from the alternative side to a place like this, it can be so confusing and overwhelming, as there are so many different rules,  but Julie is so clear about everything, and being someone who has ADHD, that truly means a lot. Every nurse can explain stuff to a patient, but Julie really takes time out of her day to explain rules, coping skills, and more, all while also explaining how they can be used for that specific patient.

I also love how she is amazing at setting next steps. For instance, after I left QA, there were restrictions, but I feel Julie did more than explain. She explained it in a way that felt totally specific to me.
