My father had a stroke and would get very lonely after his family left. He is used to having his wife or his dogs with him at all times. After visiting hours, he would get sad and lonely. Julie noticed my father wasn't speaking much and went out of her way to visit him and get him talking. He wouldn't speak often to staff unless it was necessary. She would check on him and ask about his family and his home life. My father opened up, and because of this, we felt more comfortable with him being there at night without us. He would tell us of his very kind night shift nurse.

Julie is always so helpful. Always willing to be a team player with her aides. She never says no. She helps with all the patients, always so happy, she loves her job. She is a good keeper and a nice person. She takes her job seriously all the time. If I'm busy, she is always willing to help.

Julie is one of the best nurses on the night shift. She is always willing to go above and beyond for her patients, as well as other co-workers. She breaks her sitters, takes care of her CNAs and RNs, and always has a smile on her face!

Julie always shows compassion not only towards her patients but also towards her fellow co-workers; she shows empathy to everyone. If I were a patient here, I would feel so cared for by the care I see every shift. I trust her. She tirelessly works to take care of her patients and to make sure they feel safe and well taken care of, as well as communicating with them. She is an amazing person.

My friend's father was in the hospital because he had two strokes. He was really lonely after she would leave when visiting hours were up, and Julie really took care of him and got him talking. He usually doesn't like hospital staff, but he would actually talk to her and listen to her advice as a nurse. She went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of, and we couldn't be more grateful.
