I had a very long, challenging labor that turned into a C-Section. Julie truly made a difference. She made me feel heard, advocated for me, encouraged me, and ultimately at peace with my decision. At one point, she even researched positions to try and progress labor in my situation.

She also stayed past her shift time to be with me during surgery since I was anxious. Not to mention she was amazing at helping me postpartum always answering every question with a through explanation and encouragement.

She seems to be a leader in the department and not afraid to reach out to other nurses who have more experience in a situation.
